As a personal trainer and a holistic nutritionist I believe that everyone should have the body they want. But you have to be willing to want to feel good on the inside first to get there. I have a few key reminders that I personally live by that help in my fitness and health journey and I know it will help yours too.
T H E K E Y
1. Be gentle with yourself - I want people to be happy, especially my clients. Comparing yourself to others hurts and I want to advise not to. Use other for motivation. Look at others and say good for her/him, they are doing great. But you have to remember everyone is at a different level of their fitness and healthy journey. Focus on you and your changes!
2. Be patient - Your dream body wont happen overnight. It will take consistency and time, but don't let that drag you down. This is a lifestyle change not a quick fix. We want your changes to last, how you feel radiant and amazing to last. Keep telling yourself you're doing a great job and keep working hard because the reward will come.
3. Have Fun - These programs are supposed to empower, give confidence, and are supposed to be fun! I want all my clients to have fun and be happy with how hard their working.
