Want to train with me in person? I teach HIIT classes at a boutique gym called FiitHouse in Ottawa, Ontario.
About FiitHouse
The classes are "group workout that alternate periods of high-intensity exercise with short bouts of rest. So in a 45-minute workout you can expect to burn 500 calories and quickly get on with the rest of your day". Each class you get the attention and help you need from 1 or 2 certified trainers (me & another trainer) with loud music in a high energy atmosphere.

Types of Classes
Pulse - HIIT style training with an emphasis on cardio along with weight training designed for maximum fat burning!
Pump - Focused on building muscle and increasing your body’s strength foundation, you are not going to see cardio on this day.
WTF - Fridays (What the FiiT) are the challenge you need before your weekend starts. You never know what to expect, these dynamic classes are made to keep you guessing.
Weekend Warrior - Full body classes on the schedule with a mix of cardio and fan favourites.
